- Strong communication skills

- Any domestic HRO experience with 1.5 to 3 years
- Positive communication skills
- Experience in EDM, WFDA, LOA, Payroll, or related HR Operations preferred

CL 9/10 Talent Acquisition

- US Recruitment experience
- End-to-end recruitment experience
- IT or Non-IT hiring background
- Stakeholder management experience
- Team handling/people management experience
- Cost management exposure
- Strong communication skills
- Min 5 to 12 years of experience in US end to end recruitment

Location & Shift Mandate

- Candidates must be comfortable working from BDC 10
- US Shift (5:00 PM to 6:00 AM rotational)
- 100% Work From Office (Monday to Friday)
