Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Walk-In Drive focused on BIM roles in MEP, Electrical, and PFF. The role involves working on BIM models for building services, interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, and developing coordinated 3D models for MEP and electrical systems.





Daily tasks include collaborating with design and engineering teams, updating and maintaining BIM documentation, supporting clash detection and resolution, and ensuring models comply with project standards and local codes. The position also requires effective communication with project stakeholders, adherence to quality and data security protocols, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives for BIM workflows.

Qualifications

- Relevant experience or education in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, architecture, or related disciplines (diploma or degree) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms, and understanding of MEP/Electrical coordination practices is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Pune Viaman Nagar, meet project deadlines, and follow established quality and safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving BIM processes and technologies.
