Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Oversee site engineering activities, including supervising contractors and coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in building construction or related field (commercial buildings/high rise buildings/residential buildings).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from a recognized institution.

- Robust understanding of construction management principles, construction supervision techniques, and real estate construction practices.
