JLL JBS is hiring experienced professionals for our Pre-Contract Cost Management team in Hyderabad.

Designations: Assistant Cost Manager / Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager / Cost Lead (Pre-Contract Cost Management)

Experience: 3 to 15 Years of relevant experience

Note: For Cost Lead role Minimum 2 Years Team Management experience required.

If you have experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Planning & Estimation, BOQ Preparation, Tendering, and Cost Benchmarking, we would like to meet you at our upcoming Walk-In Drive.

As part of our Pre-Contract Cost Management team, you will be involved in:

- Cost Planning & Estimation: Preparing stage-wise cost plans and detailed estimates based on project requirements, designs, and market pricing.
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Performing quantity take-offs and preparing detailed BOQs and item specifications across various project disciplines.
- Procurement & Tender Support: Supporting end-to-end tender management, including tender documentation, bid evaluation, commercial comparison, and market testing.
- Cost Benchmarking: Analyzing and structuring project cost data to support benchmarking, budget validation, and informed decision-making.




- Working closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of pre-contract cost management activities.
