Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers as per business requirements.
Communicate professionally and provide accurate information.
Understand customer requirements and resolve basic queries.
Maintain proper call records and update customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and productivity targets.
Follow the defined process, quality and compliance guidelines.
Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Preferred candidate profile
HSC pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
Banking sales experience sales experience
Day shits 9:30AM To 6:30pm
Candidates with good verbal communication skills preferred.
Should be comfortable with outbound calling.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Customer-oriented attitude with valuable interpersonal skills.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
