IndiaFilings is looking for a Technical & Sales Executive to join our Blended Process team. The role involves handling customer interactions, understanding customer requirements, providing basic technical assistance, explaining relevant products and services, and supporting customers throughout the process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, queries, and service requests.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain IndiaFilings products, services, and processes to customers.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot customer-related issues.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Identify relevant business opportunities during customer interactions.
- Assist customers with suitable services based on their requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical and computer knowledge
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions clearly
- Comfortable working in a technical support + sales workplace
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an added advantage
ELIGIBILITY
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Blended Process are preferred
• Candidates comfortable with a customer-facing role are encouraged to apply
