The Successful





Applicant - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Human Resources preferred.

- Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition leadership roles.
- Proven track record of supporting large frontline sales organisations.
- Solid stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- Experience in high-growth, consumer, fintech, telecom, BFSI, retail, or technology-led environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
