The Successful

Applicant - 7-10 years of experience in Infrastructure Investment Banking, covering sectors such as transportation, energy, utilities, renewables, digital infrastructure and related assets.

- Strong experience in M&A;, capital raising, project finance, structured transactions and financial advisory within the infrastructure sector.




- Proven ability to build and review complex financial models, including project finance models, DCFs, valuation and transaction analysis.
- Experience executing transactions across the full deal lifecycle-origination, pitching, due diligence, valuation, negotiations and transaction execution.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure assets, regulatory frameworks, concession structures, project economics and sector dynamics.
- Ability to manage senior client relationships and multiple stakeholders, including sponsors, corporates, investors, lenders and government/regulatory bodies.
