We are looking for an experienced VMC Setter with 5+ years of hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machining. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, tooling, fixture setting, program loading and editing, first-piece inspection, process troubleshooting, and ensuring consistent production quality.The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of VMC machine operations, CNC programming, tool offsets, work offsets, engineering drawings, GD&T;, and precision measuring instruments.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a VMC/CNC Setter.
- Hands-on experience in VMC machine setting and production machining.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, or similar CNC controllers is preferred.
- Good knowledge of G-code, M-code, tool offsets, and work offsets.
