What We Expect

- A strong visual sense with an eye for composition, colour, typography and detail.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into compelling key visuals and design executions.
- Strong skills in image manipulation, compositing, retouching and layout design.
- Experience creating campaign assets, packaging mock-ups, retail communication and digital creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Familiarity with AI image-generation tools, motion or 3D visualisation is an advantage.




- Ability to work across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- A portfolio showcasing visual craft, experimentation and attention to detail.
- A proactive, “try first, learn rapid” mindset.
- Someone excited about bringing ideas to life—not merely adapting artwork.

Experience

- 1–2 years in a design, branding or advertising agency.
- Experience in campaign visualisation, brand communication or packaging is preferred.
- Interest in art direction, photography and retail design is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune—because better collaboration creates better work.
