We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to operate and maintain CNC Vertical Machining Centers with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC machines and perform CNC machining operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Set tools, offsets, and work coordinates.
- Inspect components using basic measuring instruments.
- Ensure quality, safety, and production targets are met.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
- Experience in VMC/CNC machining preferred.
- Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls is an advantage.
