Role: Visual Merchandiser – Retail

Experience: 2–5 years in Retail / Visual Merchandising

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute attractive product displays as per brand guidelines.
- Design and maintain store layouts, window displays, shelves, and promotional areas.
- Ensure proper product placement to improve visibility and customer engagement.
- Create seasonal, festive, and promotional displays.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and Sales teams for merchandising activities.
- Monitor store presentation and ensure visual standards are maintained.
- Analyze customer movement and sales performance to improve product placement.
- Ensure proper use of signage, branding materials, mannequins, props, and display fixtures.
- Support new store openings, store revamps, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor stores and current retail display trends.




- Maintain visual merchandising guidelines across assigned stores.
- Prepare display plans, reports, and updates for management.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of retail visual merchandising.
- Good sense of design, colour, layout, and presentation.
- Creative and cutting-edge approach to store displays.
- Knowledge of retail trends and customer buying behaviour.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple stores/projects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and design software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and execution skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
