Position Overview eClerx Services Limited is hiring Customer Support Agents / Voice Analysts for its US Voice Process in Chandigarh.

The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, providing appropriate information and solutions, and identifying relevant opportunities for sales and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from US customers.

Understand customer requirements and resolve queries effectively.

Provide accurate information, solutions, and assistance.

Identify relevant sales and upselling opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Follow process, quality, and compliance guidelines.

Meet productivity, quality, and customer service targets.

Maintain a professional customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria





Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Candidates with more than 1 year of experience are NOT eligible.

Candidates currently pursuing/graduating are NOT eligible.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Solid customer handling and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable communicating with international customers.

Willing to work rotational US shifts, including night shifts.

Comfortable working 100% from office.

Must currently reside in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, or nearby areas.

Salary & Benefits

In-hand Salary: ₹20,100 – ₹23,100 per month

Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month after successful completion of probation

Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹30,000
