About the role

As a Visual Designer, you will get to explore AI tools Flam is building to create the next generation of immersive experiences. Your ideas will go beyond static visuals and have the prospect to come alive as animated, interactive and immersive experiences.

What you will do

Develop visual concepts, key visuals and storyboards for immersive experiences.

Work on projects for Government ministries, state governments, tourism boards and public-sector organisations.

Turn complex information and stories into clear, compelling visual narratives.

Work closely with 2D and 3D artists, motion designers and creative teams to bring your ideas to life.

Explore AI-generated visuals, 3D, motion and emerging creative technologies.

Take ideas from concept to final immersive experience.

Work on selected brand and advertising projects alongside government and tourism work.

What we're looking for

3-4 years of experience in visual design, advertising, digital or creative studios. Agency experience is preferred.

Strong visual and conceptual thinking.

Excellent understanding of composition,



typography, colour and storytelling.

A portfolio that shows ideas.

Someone who understands how a visual can evolve into motion, 3D and interaction.

Curiosity about AI and emerging creative technologies.

Ability to collaborate, experiment and move quickly.
