We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our Cx & Adoption Team and help transform complex ideas into compelling visual experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who has strong fundamentals in typography, layout, storytelling, and brand design, and is excited to work at the intersection of design, data, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Transform complex presentations into clear, engaging visual stories through strong hierarchy, layout, and design systems.
- Design adoption and communication assets that drive engagement and product usage.
- Create brand assets for social media, events, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Enhance digital products through thoughtful visual design, iconography, illustrations, and interface polish.
- Build and maintain presentation templates, design systems, and reusable component libraries.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts throughout the creative process.




- Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints while maintaining high standards of craft and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Brand Design, or related fields (internship experience considered).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, typography, layout, branding, and storytelling capabilities.
- Solid understanding of design principles including composition, color theory, grid systems, and hierarchy.
- High attention to detail with a strong eye for visual consistency and quality.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects.
- Illustration skills and a distinct visual style.
- Interest in AI-powered design workflows and emerging creative technologies.
- Curiosity about data, analytics, technology, and enterprise products.
