We are looking for a sharp, experienced, and client-focused Visa Officer who can take full ownership of cases and deliver outstanding service at every stage of the visa journey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end visa and immigration processes for a diverse client base

Walk clients through every step — document verification, application forms, appointment booking & follow-ups

Submit applications accurately and within deadlines, in full compliance with government requirements

Prepare visa fee quotations and respond to client queries with clarity and confidence

Keep pace with evolving visa regulations, embassy circulars & immigration law updates

Own your caseload, ensure every client is updated and never left in the dark

Build genuine,



lasting relationships with clients and bring a positive energy to the team

Experience and skills

Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, Business Admin or related field

1–3 years in visa application processing

Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)

Excellent written & verbal English communication

Solid attention to detail & a customer-first mindset

Able to work independently and collaboratively
