Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Process Executive role based in Ahmedabad.

The Visa Process

Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end visa application processes for student, visitor, working, and PR categories, including document collection, verification, and submission according to the latest immigration regulations. The role involves guiding clients through eligibility requirements, explaining procedures, and maintaining accurate records of applications and correspondence.

Executive will coordinate with counseling and coaching teams, follow up with clients and authorities,



and ensure timely updates on application status. The role also includes handling client queries, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting continuous improvement in visa processing workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain visa procedures clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review documents, interpret visa requirements, and identify potential issues in applications.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring responsive follow-up, problem resolution, and a positive overall experience.
- Relevant experience in visa processing, immigration services, or overseas education counseling is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with student and immigration visa rules for key destinations (e.g., Canada, UK, USA) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education in business, administration, or related fields is preferred.

- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment and maintain attention to detail.
