Role Overview
We’re looking for a Visa Officer to manage visa applications, documentation, and candidate coordination throughout the visa process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end visa filing and documentation.
- Verify candidate documents as per visa requirements.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities.
- Track applications and provide timely candidate updates.
- Resolve documentation and application-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing.
Requirements:
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in visa filing/documentation.
- Knowledge of visa procedures and documentation requirements.
- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Details:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month + performance incentives
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays off)
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Delhi
