Key Responsibilities

- Provide counselling to clients about visa options, immigration rules, and eligibility.
- Guide clients through the visa application and documentation process.
- Check and organize required documents such as passport, bank statements, and application forms.
- Handle client queries via phone, email, or in person.
- Follow up with clients and maintain records in the system or CRM.
- Stay updated on immigration laws and embassy requirements.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, or immigration departments when required.
- Achieve sales or enrollment targets in some consultancy roles.
