Are you passionate about visual storytelling, creative production, and bringing ideas to life through compelling videos?

We're looking for a Video Producer & Editor who can take projects from concept to completion — from behind-the-camera production to polished, platform-ready content.

n

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video production, shooting, editing, and post-production, along with a creative eye for crafting engaging visual stories across digital platforms.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Plan and execute video shoots, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
n
- Manage end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
n
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (FCPX), or DaVinci Resolve.
n
- Handle colour correction, colour grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
n
- Create and adapt video content for multiple formats, including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
n
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring concepts and ideas to life.
n
- Ensure high-quality output while meeting project timelines and delivery requirements.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing.
n
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating production and post-production capabilities.
n
- Experience managing projects from shoot planning to final output.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio, and visual storytelling.
n
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software.
n
- Knowledge of colour correction, colour grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics.
n
- A creative eye, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
n
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
n

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating content for digital platforms and social media.
n
- Familiarity with different video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
