Role Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience to join our Marketing & Creative team. The candidate will be responsible for editing engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong video editing and motion graphics skills, a good understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content.
- Create videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Create and implement motion graphics, animations, text effects, and visual transitions.
- Apply basic color correction, color grading, sound effects, and audio mixing.
- Sync voiceovers, music, sound effects, and visual elements effectively.
- Create reels, promotional videos, explainer videos, and other marketing content.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements.




- Manage multiple video projects and deliver them within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and editing resources.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Motion Graphics.
- Understanding of transitions, animations, typography, visual effects, and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of color correction, color grading, and audio editing.
- Experience creating short-form content such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand feedback and make revisions quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating marketing and social media content.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
- Experience with AI-based video or creative tools is an added advantage.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing and motion graphics skills will be preferred.
