We are looking for a creative Videographer cum Video Editor to strengthen our content and marketing team and help us communicate our brand, people, products, services, and success stories through engaging visual content.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Videographer cum Video Editor with around 3 years of professional experience who can independently manage video projects from concept and shooting through editing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in videography, video editing, short-form content creation, lighting, audio, color correction, and motion graphics, along with an understanding of content suitable for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Content Production

- Plan and execute professional video shoots for CodeAce's marketing and communication requirements.
- Shoot corporate videos, employee/team videos, interviews, events, promotional content, social media reels, educational content, and brand stories.
- Handle camera, lenses, lighting, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and other video equipment.
- Set up appropriate lighting, framing, composition, and audio for different shooting environments.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to understand creative briefs and translate concepts into engaging visual content.
- Coordinate with employees, subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders during shoots.




- Maintain and organize raw footage and project files systematically.

Video Editing & Post - Production

- Edit high-quality videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, campaigns, and internal communication.
- Create engaging short-form content, including Reels, Shorts, promotional clips, and social media videos.
- Perform video cutting, sequencing, transitions, color correction, audio enhancement, subtitles, captions, and text overlays.
- Create basic motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects.
- Ensure consistency with CodeAce's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets for different platforms.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and turnaround timelines.
- Export videos in appropriate resolutions, formats, and aspect ratios for different platforms.

Creative Content Support

- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Content, and Business teams to develop video concepts.
- Contribute creative ideas and visual approaches for campaigns and brand communication.
- Stay updated with current video trends, social media formats, editing styles, and content formats.
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality and engagement of CodeAce's video content.




- Support photography and other visual-content requirements when needed.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong hands-on experience with professional cameras and video equipment.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Audition or equivalent audio-editing software
- Good knowledge of color correction and basic color grading.
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, camera movement, and audio recording.
- Experience creating short-form social media content and reels.
- Understanding of different video formats, resolutions, frame rates, codecs, and aspect ratios.
- Good knowledge of social media video requirements.
- Robust visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Good To Have

- Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience using gimbals, drones, teleprompters, and professional lighting equipment.
- Photography experience.
- Experience creating technology/IT-related content.
- Experience with corporate branding and digital marketing content.
- Basic understanding of YouTube content production and optimization.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Animation, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
