- Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong pacing and storytelling
- Handle podcast editing for YouTube and other platforms
- Create engaging reels and short clips from podcasts and long-form videos
- Add captions, subtitles, illustrations, motion graphics, transitions and visual effects
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form content
- Maintain consistent quality, visual style and storytelling
- Stay updated with social media trends and up-to-date editing styles
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to deliver projects on time

- Strong understanding of video editing and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools
- Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube content formats
- Ability to create engaging captions, illustrations and visual elements
- Good sense of pacing, transitions, music and composition
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Portfolio / Showreel is required
