Job Title: Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator who can capture and create engaging visual content for our school’s Instagram, Reels and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of school activities, events, celebrations, classroom activities and special programmes.
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, short videos and promotional videos.
- Create attractive Instagram posts, posters, event creatives and digital graphics.
- Edit photos professionally with good colour correction, cropping and composition.
- Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, text overlays and basic motion graphics to videos.
- Create content that reflects the Montessori environment, children’s activities and school culture in a natural and appealing way.
- Maintain and organise photo, video and design files.
- Follow current Instagram/Reels trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Coordinate with the HR, academic and management teams for content requirements.
- Complete assigned creatives and videos within deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong video editing and photo editing skills.




- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Good graphic design and visual composition skills.
- Photography and basic videography skills.
- Creative understanding of storytelling, transitions, typography, music and pacing.
- Ability to independently shoot content using a mobile phone/camera.
- Valuable communication and attention to detail.

Software Skills Knowledge of any of the following:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio/showreel may also be considered.
- Candidates with experience creating school, education or social-media content will have an added advantage.
