Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Ahmedabad.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished video content, including cutting, sequencing, and integrating audio to align with creative briefs and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with producers and creatives to understand project goals, applying color correction and grading, adding motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring consistent quality across all video outputs. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining project files, and meeting deadlines for digital, social, and other distribution channels.

Editor will contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and support the overall content strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for short- and long-form content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and a high-quality look and feel.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual effects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is required.
- Basic understanding of sound design and audio editing for clear, balanced, and engaging video content is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work are expected.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
