About the RoleWe're looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw travel footage into reels people stop for, save and share.

This is more than cutting clips. It's about storytelling, pacing, emotion and knowing what works on the feed right now. You'll work directly with our Social Media Manager and see your edits go live on our channels quickly.

You'll create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, destination videos, expedition stories, customer moments and ad creatives.

What You'll Do

- Turn raw footage into strong stories with sharp hooks and tight pacing
- Edit platform-native videos for Instagram, YouTube and Meta ads
- Add motion graphics, text animation, color grading and sound design
- Create multiple variations of a video (different hooks, cuts, formats) for testing
- Work with the Social Media Manager on the weekly content calendar and trend-based reels
- Use AI tools to speed up captions, audio cleanup, footage organization and variations
- Organize and archive raw footage and project files so nothing gets lost

What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of professional experience editing short-form or social-first video
- A robust portfolio (travel, lifestyle, brand or creator content is a plus)
- Expertise in at least one of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut




- Working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects or an equivalent tool)
- Good understanding of color grading, sound design and typography
- Strong grasp of Instagram and YouTube short-form trends
- Ability to balance creativity with speed and meet deadlines

Good to Have
- Experience with travel or destination content
- Basic shooting or videography skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs or Adobe Firefly
- Photoshop or Canva skills for thumbnails and covers
