Role Description As a Volunteer Video Editor, you will support Sustainable 4 Change Foundation’s mission by creating compelling video content for digital campaigns, educational initiatives, and storytelling projects. This remote role involves editing raw footage, assembling narratives, adding graphics or motion elements, and optimizing videos for social media and online learning platforms. You will collaborate with project leads and content teams to understand key messages, align videos with brand guidelines, and meet publishing timelines.





The position includes tasks such as basic sound cleanup, color adjustments, versioning videos for different platforms, and maintaining an organized media library. This is a volunteer, remote role that offers versatile scheduling and opportunities to contribute creatively to social impact projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation of impactful visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and convey the desired tone and mood.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to follow creative briefs, work collaboratively in a remote team, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong storytelling sense, interest in sustainability, education, and peacebuilding, and willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.
- Previous experience in social impact projects, nonprofits, or content for youth audiences is an advantage but not required.
