Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad, responsible for creating engaging video content that supports client campaigns and brand objectives. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, editing video sequences, applying color grading, adding motion graphics, and integrating static graphics to produce polished deliverables. The role involves collaborating with creative, marketing, and production teams to understand project goals, maintain brand consistency,



and meet deadlines.

The Video

Editor will optimize videos for multiple platforms, manage file organization and backups, and ensure quality standards across all outputs. The position may also support on-set video production activities, including coordination with cinematographers and photographers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating professional, narrative-driven content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and high-quality image output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for designing titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is beneficial.
- Experience working with digital marketing or advertising content, including social media and promotional videos, is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are important.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, multimedia, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
