About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our content team in Mumbai.

You’ll work on documentary-style videos around startups, businesses, economics and interesting stories , typically ranging from short-form content to 15–20 minute YouTube videos .

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just know how to edit, but understands storytelling, pacing, visual flow and how to keep an audience engaged.

What You’ll Do

- Edit long-form documentary and business content
- Turn scripts and raw footage into engaging visual stories
- Use Generative AI, graphics, animations, and music effectively
- Create clean and engaging motion graphics in After Effects
- Work closely with the content/research team
- Make creative thumbnails when required

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 Year of video editing experience
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects




- Familiarity with Generative AI tools
- An understanding of pacing, storytelling and visual communication
- Good sense of music, sound design and transitions
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- A portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your editing ability
