1. ROLE: YouTube Long-Form Video Editor

What You’ll Work On

- Editing 8–15 min YouTube videos ideally talking head educational videos

- Structuring narrative flow, pacing, and audience retention
- Adding motion graphics, transitions, and clean text animations
- Collaborating with our creative & strategy team
- Maintaining consistent quality across multiple projects

What We Need From You

- 1+ years of long-form YouTube editing experience

- Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, retention
- Excellent in Premiere Pro
- Excellent with After Effects
- Bonus: masking, advanced AE, audio mixing
- Willingness to relocate to Chandigarh/Ludhiana in future is a big plus

2. ROLE: Short-Form Video Editor (Shorts, Reels, Ads)

What You’ll Work On

- Editing high-retention vertical videos (Shorts, Reels,



TikTok)

- Creating Meta Ads with strong hooks and dynamic pacing
- Adding captions, kinetic text, punch-ins, zooms, transitions
- Understanding social-first storytelling and retention psychology
- Managing a steady output of high-volume short-form videos

What We Need From You

- 1+ years of short-form editing experience

- Strong sense of pacing, hook creation & attention retention
- Excellent in Premiere Pro

- Basic to intermediate After Effects skills

- Bonus: sound design, masking, advanced captions
