We're looking for an experienced Video Editor who doesn't just edit videos but knows how to tell compelling stories.

? Who We're Looking For

Storytelling comes first. Editing comes second.

We need someone who can transform raw footage into engaging narratives, create attention-grabbing hooks and deliver videos that keep audiences watching.

Since we work primarily with Telugu-speaking D2C brands, you must have a strong understanding of Telugu dialogue, humour, slang, cultural references and emotional nuances.

Being technically excellent at editing isn't enough if you don't understand the language or the audience.

? Key Responsibilities

- Transform raw footage into compelling, story-driven videos for social media and digital advertising.
- Create engaging hooks, strong narratives and effective pacing to maximize audience retention.
- Edit Telugu-language content while preserving its humour, emotion and cultural context.
- Collaborate with our creative strategists, copywriters and designers to bring campaign concepts to life.
- Handle motion graphics, sound design, colour grading and video post-production.
- Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and performance marketing campaigns.
- Independently manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

✅ Requirements

?️ 1. Telugu Proficiency — NON-NEGOTIABLE

You must be fluent in understanding spoken Telugu,



including conversational language, slang, humour and cultural references. This is our most important requirement.

? 2. Robust Storytelling Skills

We're looking for editors who understand narrative structure, pacing, visual storytelling and audience retention. You should know how to turn ordinary footage into content people actually want to watch.

? 3. Proven Professional Experience

Prior experience editing commercial projects, branded content or social media campaigns is essential. Experience working with Telugu D2C brands is a significant advantage.

?️ 4. Technical Expertise

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro. Working knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, basic colour grading and sound design is expected.

? 5. Social Media Expertise A solid understanding of short-form video content, editing trends, attention-grabbing hooks and platform-specific best practices.

? 6. Flexible Work Arrangement

We're open to both remote and in-office candidates. You can work from our Hyderabad office or remotely, depending on your preference.

Regardless of your work location, we expect proactive communication, independent project management and consistent adherence to deadlines.
