Role Description The Video Editor role at Ryoon is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. In this role, the Video Editor will edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, on-brand content for various social media platforms and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, sound, motion graphics, and color grading to deliver polished video assets.

Editor will collaborate closely with content strategists, designers,



and account teams to align visual storytelling with campaign goals and brand guidelines. The role also includes managing video files, maintaining organized project workflows, and adapting content formats for different platforms and performance needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics for social media and marketing assets.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual stories tailored for short-form and long-form content.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced, content-driven environment.
- Experience working on social media-first video content (e.g., Reels, Shorts, TikTok) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
