We make videos that stop the scroll for local businesses. Most agencies make content nobody watches. We don't.

The job

Edit short-form videos. Lots of them. Fast. Good.

That means 15–25 Reels a week across restaurants, interiors, retail and industrial brands, mostly in Marathi. Your videos will either get watched or get skipped. The numbers will tell us which.

What we need

- Solid command of Filmora or Premiere Pro. Not "familiar with". Solid.
- 1–3 years of real editing work.
- A sense for hooks, pacing and music. The first 2 seconds matter more than the next 20.
- Comfort with Marathi and Hindi content. If you don't get the joke, you can't cut the joke.
- Speed. Revisions shouldn't take days.

What we don't need

- Long resumes




- Certificates
- "Passionate about creativity"

Show us your work. That's the only thing that counts. No portfolio = no interview.

The deal

- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month. Better work, higher end of the range.
- 9 am – 6 pm.
- You'll work with our senior editor, videographer and social media team. Small team, no politics, direct feedback.
