About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw recordings, product demonstrations, screen captures, and marketing assets into polished, engaging, and professional videos.

This role requires expertise in video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, AI-assisted content creation, voiceover synchronization, and adherence to branding and quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, product managers, and stakeholders to create high-quality demo videos, product showcases, training content, and customer-facing presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

- Edit screen recordings, product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos.
- Remove dead space, loading screens, recording errors, and unnecessary content.
- Ensure smooth pacing, professional transitions, and overall video flow.
- Maintain consistent visual quality across all projects.

Visual Enhancements

- Highlight important UI elements using zooms, callouts, arrows, shapes, and animations.
- Create and manage lower-thirds, captions, text overlays, and branded visual elements.
- Apply motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Ensure visual consistency including fonts, colors, and branding standards.

Privacy & Compliance

- Blur sensitive information such as:
- Usernames
- Email addresses
- Personal information
- Internal system details
- Use masking, motion tracking, and Gaussian blur techniques to maintain compliance standards.

Audio & Voiceover Integration

- Generate and integrate AI voiceovers when required.
- Synchronize narration accurately with visual content.
- Incorporate licensed background music and sound effects.
- Maintain balanced audio levels and professional sound quality.

AI Video Creation & Editing

- Generate AI-based video assets when stock footage is unavailable.
- Write effective prompts for AI video generation platforms.
- Integrate AI-generated footage seamlessly with existing content.
- Perform trimming, color correction, and visual matching for consistency.

Asset & Project Management





- Organize project files, raw assets, exports, and working files.
- Maintain proper folder structures and version control.
- Upload final deliverables to designated SharePoint locations.
- Track and reuse assets from previous projects when appropriate.

Review & Quality Assurance

- Conduct detailed quality checks before submission.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience using OBS Studio for screen recording
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings
- Knowledge of motion graphics, masking, tracking, and visual effects

Video Editing Expertise

- Skilled experience editing product demos, tutorials, or digital content
- Robust understanding of visual storytelling and pacing
- Experience creating attention-guiding elements such as zooms, highlights, and callouts
- Ability to create clean, polished, and engaging video experiences

Audio Production Skills

- Voiceover synchronization
- Background music integration
- Audio balancing and cleanup
- Understanding of audio mixing fundamentals

AI & Emerging Technologies

- Experience using AI content creation tools
- Familiarity with AI video generation platforms
- Experience with AI voice generation tools is a plus
- Ability to leverage AI technologies to improve production efficiency

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Media Production, Animation, Mass Communication, Visual Design, or related field (preferred).
- 2-5+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Product demo videos




- Technical tutorials
- Corporate videos
- Motion graphics projects
- Screen-recorded walkthroughs

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating videos for technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise software products.
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, Azure, Fabric, Copilot, or similar technical products.
- Familiarity with Getty Images, stock media licensing, and digital asset management.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience creating thumbnails, banners, and promotional creative assets.
