About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Video Editor & AI Content Creator to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will lead end-to-end video production while leveraging cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance visual storytelling, speed up content workflows, and generate innovative multimedia assets.

You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce highly engaging content tailored for social media, brand campaigns, performance ads, and corporate communications.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production &

- Editing

- Manage end-to-end video production, including assembling raw footage, structuring narrative timelines, and finalizing audio-visual deliverables.
- Perform color grading, audio mixing, sound design, and syncing to ensure brand-aligned aesthetics and high production quality.
- Create motion graphics, dynamic text overlays, animated transitions, and visual graphics for various screen ratios and digital formats.
- Adapt and optimize video content across platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Website, etc.).

AI Content Creation & • Integration

- Leverage AI generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ElevenLabs, Runway, Sora/HeyGen) to create high-quality images, voiceovers, video clips, and creative assets.
- Integrate generative AI into existing post-production workflows to speed up asset creation, ideation, and storyboarding.




- Experiment with prompt engineering and novel AI workflows to push visual boundaries and create unique brand content.

Collaboration & • Operations

- Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, and marketers to interpret campaign briefs and execute compelling visual narratives.
- Organize and manage raw assets, project files, stock media, and AI-generated libraries efficiently.
- Analyze video performance metrics and audience engagement to iteratively refine visual style and edit structure.

Qualifications & • Requirements

- Core Editing Skills: Solid experience in handling raw footage, timeline structuring, color grading, audio processing, and multi-format video exports.
- Motion Graphics & • Visuals:

Proficiency in motion graphics, lower thirds, typography, and title animations.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI media creation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT/Claude for script ideation, HeyGen, or similar platforms).
- Software Tools: Expertise in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or DaVinci Resolve).
- Digital & • Social Media Acumen:

In-depth understanding of digital video trends, platform-specific aspect ratios, hook-driven editing styles, and content retention strategies.
- Portfolio / Showreel: Strong portfolio showcasing both traditional video editing/motion graphics work and AI-assisted content creations.
- Education & • Experience:

Prior agency or brand experience preferred. A degree or certification in Film, Media Production, Design, or Communication is a plus but secondary to portfolio strength.
