Role Description This remote Video Editor Intern role is an internship position focused on supporting the creation of high-quality video content for CodingWorkX’s digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage into polished videos, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions and effects, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines. The intern will assist with basic color correction and grading, incorporate motion graphics and on-screen text, and collaborate with designers and content creators to align visuals with project objectives.

Additional responsibilities may include exporting videos in various formats, organizing media assets,



and contributing creative ideas for video storytelling and content improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in video production and video editing, including handling footage, timelines, and audio synchronization.
- Ability to perform video color grading and basic color correction to maintain consistent visual style and quality.
- Experience or coursework in motion graphics and graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines as an intern.
- Relevant academic background or portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
