Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor Intern role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The intern will assist in editing marketing and campaign videos for real estate projects, assembling raw footage into compelling narratives aligned with brand guidelines and the ANC Framework. Daily tasks include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions, titles, and basic motion graphics, and performing color correction to ensure consistent visual quality.

The role also involves collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams, adapting edits based on feedback, and preparing content for multiple platforms such as social media, ads, and landing pages. The intern will be expected to maintain project files, meet deadlines, and actively learn new video techniques and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Video Production, including basic knowledge of camera setups, framing,



and understanding of the post-production workflow.
- Candidates should possess robust Video Editing skills, with familiarity in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading, ensuring consistent color, contrast, and visual tone across projects.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, lower thirds, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media video formats is an added advantage.
