Role Description The Video Editor & Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This position is responsible for editing video content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling, including cutting footage, arranging sequences, and optimizing pacing and flow. The role involves performing video color grading to maintain consistent visual style, designing motion graphics and transitions, and creating static and animated graphics that align with brand guidelines.

Editor & Graphic Designer will collaborate with creative strategists and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual outputs,



prepare assets for multiple platforms and formats, and maintain organized project files and media libraries. Day-to-day work includes reviewing raw footage, iterating based on feedback, and delivering high-quality, on-brand visuals within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production and video editing, with experience creating content for digital and social platforms.
- Proficiency in video color grading and visual styling to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Capability in motion graphics and animated visual elements to enhance video storytelling.
- Solid graphic design skills, including layout, typography, and brand-aligned visual creation.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively within a team, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant education or training in design, multimedia, film, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing video and graphic work is required.
