About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Designer who can transform raw footage, ideas, and concepts into engaging videos for social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, explainers, and social media content.

Develop motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects.

Work with the content and social media teams to understand creative requirements.

Select appropriate footage, music, sound effects, graphics, and other visual elements.

Ensure videos are aligned with brand guidelines, visual style, and platform requirements.

Add subtitles, captions, typography, and other supporting visual elements.

Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, colors, fonts, and overall presentation.

Stay updated with current video-editing, motion-design, and social media trends.





Manage multiple video projects and deliver content within defined timelines.

- Ensure all visual and audio assets used are properly licensed and do not create copyright issues.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.

Good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and typography.

Ability to create engaging content for social media.

Knowledge of transitions, effects, color correction, sound design, and basic audio editing.

Good attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into compelling visual content.

- Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation.

Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
