Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor (Fresher) role based in Coimbatore.

The Video

Editor will assist in editing and assembling raw footage into engaging video content for product showcases, marketing campaigns, training materials, and social media. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and organizing clips, adding transitions, overlays, and basic motion graphics, performing color correction, and synchronizing audio with video. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements,



maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, and exporting videos in appropriate formats for various platforms.

The Video

Editor will be encouraged to learn new tools and techniques, contribute creative ideas, and support the team in improving video workflows.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Video Editing and basic Video Production, including organizing footage, timelines, and project files.
- Skills in Video Color Grading to adjust tones, contrast, and overall visual consistency.
- Exposure to Motion Graphics and Graphics for simple animations, text overlays, and visual enhancements.
- Familiarity with popular editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and export settings for web and social media.
- Strong attention to detail, visual sense, and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced technology environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Degree or diploma in Media, Visual Communication, Film Studies, Design, or a related field is preferred; self-taught candidates with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
