Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can transform event footage, interviews and creative concepts into engaging visual content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, storytelling, typography, composition and visual communication, along with hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design.

The role will involve creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, digital campaigns, magazine promotions, event marketing and Exhibition Showcase's various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

- Edit event videos, interviews, reels, podcasts, promotional videos and social media content.
- Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
- Edit long-form interviews, industry discussions and podcast episodes.
- Select appropriate footage, music, transitions, graphics and effects to create engaging videos.
- Add subtitles, captions, lower thirds, logos and other branding elements.
- Create event highlights, after-movies and promotional videos.
- Edit speaker/interview clips into engaging social media content.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, branding and visual style.
- Organise and manage video footage and project files.
- Deliver videos within agreed timelines, especially for event-related content.

Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, event creatives, banners, posters,



advertisements and promotional graphics.
- Create creatives for Exhibition Showcase's magazine, digital platforms and industry events.
- Design LinkedIn and Instagram creatives in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Develop visual concepts for campaigns, interviews, podcasts and special features.
- Create thumbnails, title cards, presentation graphics and promotional materials.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, layouts, colours, imagery and overall brand identity.
- Support the editorial and marketing teams with day-to-day design requirements.

Event & On-Ground Content
- Cover and edit content from exhibitions, conferences, award ceremonies and industry events.
- Work closely with the editorial and content teams during events.
- Quickly edit and deliver event-related reels and social media content.
- Create same-day or next-day social media assets when required.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, journalists and content teams.

Software Skills Proficiency in relevant tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- CapCut or other video editing tools

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film Making or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Experience in media, events, exhibitions, advertising, digital marketing or publishing will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working from the office in Noida Sector 02.
- Should be willing to work on event assignments and meet tight content deadlines when required.
