Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Secunderābād.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, educational content, and brand campaigns. Day-to-day work includes organizing and trimming clips, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The role involves close collaboration with content strategists, designers, and marketing teams to understand project objectives and translate them into engaging visual stories.

Editor will also assist in basic video production tasks when needed, maintain organized media libraries, and adhere to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling various formats and editing workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic Graphics to ensure visually consistent and appealing outputs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design visual elements, titles, and animations that enhance storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is preferred.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of pacing, composition, and sound-video synchronization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare, advertising, or digital media is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A relevant education or training background in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is beneficial.
