About the Role

Core Media IT is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can create engaging, professional and social-media-friendly video content for our clients across healthcare, education, hospitality, local businesses and other industries.

The ideal candidate should understand short-form video content, Reels, advertisements, storytelling, transitions, captions and visual branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Create engaging videos from raw footage, photos, graphics and scripts.
- Add professional cuts, transitions, text animations, subtitles, sound effects and background music.
- Edit doctor/hospital videos, educational content, promotional videos and brand advertisements.
- Create videos according to different client brand guidelines.
- Work on video hooks, pacing and storytelling to improve viewer engagement.
- Resize and optimize videos for different social media platforms.
- Create promotional and performance-marketing videos for Meta and Google Ads.
- Coordinate with the content, graphic design and social media teams.
- Manage multiple client projects and deliver videos within deadlines.
- Keep up with current social media video trends, editing styles and formats.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.




- Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Knowledge of color correction, audio editing and subtitles.
- Good sense of timing, composition and storytelling.
- Ability to understand a script and convert it into an engaging visual story.
- Attention to detail and consistency in branding.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and text animation
- Basic graphic design knowledge
- AI video-generation/editing tools
- YouTube video editing
- Meta Ads video editing
- Experience with healthcare or corporate content
- Knowledge of current Instagram/Reels trends
