Job Title: Finance Lead – International Business

Location: Kolkata (Onsite - Work from Office)

About the Role:

n

We are looking for a finance professional to own the financial management of the international business, covering market-wise P&L;, financial planning, commercial structuring, forex, banking, entity structuring, and cross-border cash flows. The role will partner closely with Legal & Compliance to ensure financial and regulatory readiness across international markets.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Own international business P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and market-wise financial performance.
n
- Build financial models for new market/channel entry, including unit economics, breakeven analysis, and investment requirements.
n
- Lead/support commercial negotiations with international vendors and marketplace platforms, covering fees, commissions, and payment terms.
n
- Review and structure vendor/distributor commercials and contracts from a finance perspective.
n
- Manage forex exposure, hedging strategy, international banking relationships, and cross-border payment rails.
n
- Own cross-border cash-flow management and repatriation strategy across geographies.
n
- Partner with Legal & Compliance on entity structuring, transfer pricing, and cross-border trade documentation.
n
- Oversee international compliance and regulatory reporting,



ensuring statutory audit readiness across entities.

- Track evolving tax and regulatory requirements across markets and assess their business and financial impact.

Preferred Skills & Know-how:

n

n
- Strong expertise in International Finance, P&L; Management, FP&A;, Commercial Finance, and Financial Modelling.
n
- Strong understanding of forex, hedging, cross-border payments, international banking, and cash-flow management.
n
- Knowledge of entity structuring, transfer pricing, international taxation, and cross-border trade documentation.
n
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in vendor/marketplace negotiations and contract review.
n
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively with Legal, Compliance, Tax, Business, and external partners.
n

Experience Requirements:

n

n
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, Commercial Finance, or International Finance.
n
- Proven experience managing P&L;, financial planning, commercial negotiations, forex, and cross-border financial operations.
n
- Experience in international business expansion, multi-market operations, or cross-border transactions preferred.
n
- Experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty, E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
