Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Zoho Manager

to lead our Zoho practice, manage implementation projects and teams, handle key clients, and drive business development. The candidate should be capable of

building, selling, and delivering

Zoho solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the

Zoho team , including consultants, developers, and implementation specialists. Manage

end-to-end Zoho implementation, customization, integration, and support projects . Understand client business requirements and design suitable Zoho solutions. Manage project

scope, timelines, quality, resources, risks, and delivery . Act as the key point of contact for clients and manage escalations effectively. Conduct

client meetings, requirement discussions, product demonstrations, and presentations . Identify new business opportunities and generate

cross-selling and upselling opportunities . Support sales with

solution design, proposals, SOWs, estimates, and commercial discussions . Maintain and develop a strong

Zoho sales pipeline . Establish SOPs and ensure proper project documentation, UAT, Go-Live, handover, and support processes. Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and drive

training and knowledge sharing . Continuously improve processes through

automation and technology solutions .



Preferred Zoho Experience Hands-on experience with multiple Zoho products such as: Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Books Zoho Desk Zoho Analytics Zoho Projects Zoho People Zoho Inventory Zoho Flow / Zoho One Added Advantage:

Deluge scripting, APIs, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in

IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field . 3–5 years of overall experience , with relevant experience in Zoho implementation, consulting, IT services, or business development. Strong knowledge of the

Zoho ecosystem and business process automation . Experience in

team management and client-facing roles . Strong skills in

requirement gathering, solution design, estimation, and project management . Excellent

communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management

skills. Robust commercial and business development understanding. Ability to manage

multiple projects, clients, and priorities .
