We are looking for a creative and technology-driven Video Editor who can produce high-quality, engaging video content for our events, brands, digital platforms and social media channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills and, most importantly, be comfortable using AI tools to create, enhance and transform video content. The role requires someone who can turn concepts, scripts, event footage and creative briefs into compelling videos using a combination of professional editing software and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Create AI-generated videos, visuals, animations and creative content using modern AI video-generation tools.
- Convert concepts, scripts and ideas into engaging video stories and visual narratives.
- Use AI tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, AI avatars, voiceovers, animation, motion graphics and visual effects.
- Edit event highlights, interviews, promotional videos, advertisements, reels, teasers and corporate videos.
- Create high-impact promotional content for AICRA events, conferences, exhibitions, robotics championships, AI initiatives and startup programs.
- Develop creative video concepts and storyboards based on campaign objectives.
- Add professional motion graphics, transitions,



typography, sound design, music and effects.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and platform-specific versions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, events and creative teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity and storytelling across all video content.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video-generation tools, editing technologies and content trends.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong command of professional video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with AI video-generation and AI creative tools.
- Ability to create videos from text prompts, images, scripts and concepts using AI.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, colour correction, sound editing and visual effects.
- Robust understanding of social-media video formats, particularly Reels, Shorts and vertical content.
- Good storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver projects within tight timelines.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- AI Tools – Expected Knowledge Runway, Google Veo, Kling AI, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly
- Other emerging AI video, image, voice and animation platforms.

Candidates with strong practical experience in AI-generated video production will be preferred. Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
