- Strong understanding of video production workflows, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and brand consistency.
- Thorough understanding of social media content formats and platform requirements, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for producing engaging digital content.

Data Management

- Organize, maintain, and manage media assets including video footage, graphics, audio files, and project resources.
- Establish and follow systematic file management processes to ensure seamless accessibility and collaboration.
- Implement best practices for asset storage,



version control, and project organization to improve workflow efficiency.

Collaboration & Support

- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand campaign goals and content requirements.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful visual content.
- Support project planning and execution by ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Contribute to maintaining smooth project workflows and effective asset management across teams.
