Role Description<

The Video Editor role at Bleuno is a full-time, hybrid position based in Nasik, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home.

The Video

Editor will edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, and branded storytelling.

Responsibilities include applying color grading, refining audio,



and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to enhance viewer engagement and align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with content strategists, designers, and marketers to understand campaign objectives and deliver on-brand video assets within deadlines.

The Video

Editor will also organize media assets, maintain project files, and contribute creative ideas to improve overall video production quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating high-quality, engaging content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual tone across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate visual elements that support storytelling and brand identity.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is beneficial.
- Experience creating digital-first content for social media, ads, and online campaigns is advantageous.
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup are important.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is a plus, along with a portfolio demonstrating previous video work.
