Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow for a Video Editor Cum Shoot Executive. The role involves planning and executing video shoots, including setting up cameras, lights, and audio equipment, and coordinating with team members or clients to capture high-quality footage.

The Video Editor Cum Shoot

Executive will edit videos for social media, ads, reels, and other digital content, applying transitions, effects, color grading, and sound design to deliver polished outputs aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives, creating motion graphics and simple visual assets when needed,



managing media files and backups, and ensuring timely delivery of video projects. The role may also support studio operations, equipment maintenance, and contribute ideas for improving video content performance across platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, operating cameras, handling lighting and audio, and managing on-site setups.
- Candidates should possess solid Video Editing skills, including timeline management, cut-to-music editing, storytelling, and use of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency, enhance mood, and ensure high-quality output across different platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create basic animated elements, titles, lower thirds, and social media visuals using tools like After Effects or similar.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in film, media, communication, design, or a related field are beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, a creative mindset, basic understanding of digital marketing and social media formats, and familiarity with current video content trends.
