Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Indore.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into compelling, coherent content aligned with Akarsa Studio’s AI-driven marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and strategy teams, organizing and managing media assets, applying color grading, refining audio and visual transitions, and incorporating motion graphics and visual elements to enhance storytelling. The role also involves adapting content for different platforms, maintaining brand consistency across video projects, and delivering high-quality,



on-time outputs for campaigns and client work.

The Video

Editor is expected to stay updated on video trends, tools, and best practices that support explicit, impactful communication.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience assembling and refining raw footage into polished deliverables.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of content.
- Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations that support narrative and branding.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of framing, pacing, sound design basics, and visual storytelling tailored for digital and social media platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and openness to feedback and iterative revisions.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video work is required.
